Here it is March of 2007,

The framing begins for the roof while the walls of the first floor are constructed.

                The entire roof is poured.  This adds strength to the whole building.

Into April and we see that the roof has been completed and the supports have been removed.

                  The cinder block walls of the second floor are being installed.
