SUPERVISION EXERCISED
(B) Must be able to work in a fast pace and afford
quick service.
(C) GED or High School Diploma is preferred.
(B) Must demonstrate full knowledge of food service
operation.
(D) Knowledge of proper garnishments and able to
follow recipes. Working
knowledge of kitchen equipment
such as meat slicers, grills, tilt skillets and warmers.
(D) Must be able to understand and follow written and
oral directives. Ability to
work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
(B) Must have the ability to become TABC certified if requested by
the
Town.
Work is performed mostly in field settings.
Considerable outdoor work is required in the inspection of
various land uses and other matters.
Hand-eye coordination is necessary to operate computers and
various pieces of kitchen/concession equipment.
The employee must occasionally
lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to
100 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision,
color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to
adjust focus.

Work is performed usually in a
concession area that involves extended periods of standing, and moving
about. Schedule consist of
working week days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Work environment is
usually moderately noisy.
